This information is for natural persons, who are contractors of STANLAB Sp. z o.o. with registered office in Lublin, or represent legal persons ( companies ), who are contractors, or are mentioned in contracts, or have been indicated during cooperation as competent to contact STANLAB Sp. z o.o.
We kindly inform you that as of May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council ( U E ) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, which regulates the processing of your personal data by STANLAB Sp. z o.o., begins to apply in all countries of the European Union. Therefore, out of concern for your privacy and data protection, we are sending you detailed information on how we process your personal data.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of executing concluded agreements, in particular for the purpose necessary for executing sales agreements and making tax settlements.
The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, i.e. it is necessary for the performance of the aforementioned contractual and statutory obligations incumbent on us as a controller.
Providing your personal data is a statutory requirement, i.e. you are obliged to provide it e.g. under tax regulations (e.g. data included in invoices), and in the remaining scope, providing them is a necessary condition for concluding and continuing the contract.
Refusal to provide this information would result in an inability to enter into a contract and continue the relationship.
